Kyle Godtel has worked at Silvertip since the company’s inception, bringing 16 years of wireline experience in several basins within the U.S. Prior to working at Silvertip, Kyle held multiple technical and operational positions within Halliburton and transitioned his career to technical sales, helping customers understand and navigate wireline challenges. Kyle started with Silvertip as Corporate Development Manager, working closely with operations and support services before being promoted to Vice President in 2026.

James Haest has spent his entire career, spanning more than 35 years, focused on the Permian. Before joining Silvertip, James was Director of Sales at C&J Energy Services from 2010 to 2017, responsible for all business development for Permian completion services including wireline, pumpdown and pressure pumping. Previously, he served as Business Development Manager at Key Energy Services from 2006 to 2010, and Account Manager at Halliburton from 1982 to 2006. James holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jessica Pike has served as Silvertip’s Controller since the company’s inception, and has been instrumental in the implementation, development, and maintenance of all accounting and back-office processes. Prior to joining Silvertip, Jessica began her oil service career in 2010 at Basic Energy Services, where she held the role of Permian Region Accounting Manager from 2016-2018. Jessica holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas Permian Basin.

Josh Garcia has been in the oilfield services wireline business in the Permian Basin since 2006, starting with Schlumberger as a Wireline Operator. Josh worked his way up to Cased Hole Engineer while at Schlumberger prior to joining Silvertip in 2017 as the Wireline District Manager.

Trent Avera has been in the oilfield services pumping business in the Permian Basin since 2001, starting with Halliburton as a Cement Supervisor. From there he served as Baker Hughes Permian Basin Region Operations Manager, before then joining ProPetro in Cement sales.  Trent joined Silvertip in 2017 as the Pumping District Manager.

Joel Holland has served as HSE Manager for Silvertip since 2018, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the oilfield service industry. Joel has held HSE management roles in Drilling, Completions, Construction and Transportation, making him uniquely well rounded in the oilfield service industry. His top priorities as a leader are demonstrating integrity, honesty and fostering a culture of excellence. Prior to joining Silvertip, Joel was Director of Safety at Phoenix Oilfield Services, overseeing HSE operations in the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Bakken basins.
